David Andrews grew up in New Jersey, and has lived and worked in many other states. He has worked at State Services for the Blind for the past 25 years in various positions. He has worked in assistive technology, accessibility, and access to information for over 40 years. He was the first Director of  NFB's  International Braille and Technology Center for the Blind. He is President of the At Large Chapter. (Term ends 2020)
